We help renters set up essential utilities—water, electricity, gas, and internet—at the click of a button. At the same time, we provide property managers with a new revenue stream, making their lives easier and more profitable.
With our HQ in Austin, TX, and a rapidly expanding team, we're building the future of utility setup. Now, we're launching an in-office sales hub in Guadalajara, Mexico, and we need driven sales professionals to help us scale
What You'll Be SellingUtility Profit partners with property managers, offering them an effortless way to increase their revenue while improving their tenants' move-in experience. Here's how:
Revenue Sharing Model – Property managers earn extra income when their tenants activate services through our platform.
Operational Efficiency – We handle the utility setup process, saving property managers time and hassle.
No Upfront Costs – Our service is completely free for property management companies, making it an easy sell
- Making 75+ calls per day to property management companies to introduce Utility Profit.
- Booking product demo calls with decision-makers.
- Engaging prospects through calls, emails, and texts.
- Keeping detailed notes and updates in HubSpot CRM.
- Learning and mastering sales techniques that will set you up for long-term success.
Energetic & Likable – You bring the good vibes and know how to build rapport fast.
Hungry & Driven – You thrive in a competitive environment and love hitting (and exceeding) sales targets.
Resilient & Persistent – You see rejection as a challenge, not a setback.
Challenger Sales Mentality – You can confidently educate prospects and guide them toward the right decision.
At least 6 months of inside sales or call center experience.
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
A growth mindset—you're eager to learn, improve, and advance your career.
