Senior BDR
to help us expand even faster — by opening new relationships, qualifying high-potential leads, and driving top-of-funnel growth across Mexico.
Role Mission
As
Senior BDR
, you will be responsible for
generating and qualifying high-value business opportunities
, acting as the first point of contact between Luca and schools, educational groups, and key decision-makers.This role is critical to scaling a predictable and repeatable revenue pipeline, improving lead quality, and laying the foundations for a strong, scalable go-to-market engine.
What you'll do:
- Own top-of-funnel sales: qualifying, advancing, and building relationships with schools and school groups across Mexico.
- Work leads provided by our outbound team, and also source your own pipeline through referrals, cold outreach, and field relationships.
- Be responsible for meeting quota and reporting weekly on pipeline KPIs.
- Serve as one of Luca's first commercial touchpoints — delivering credibility, trust, and value from the first meeting.
- Feed insights from the field back to our product, growth, and ops teams.
- Potential to help mentor or manage junior BDRs as the team grows.
- Travel to meet schools across the following states: Baja California, Chihuahua, Sinaloa and Sonora; and get them onboard
¿What are we looking for?
- You bring 6–10 years of experience in software/SaaS sales, ideally in both prospecting and closing roles.
- You sell consultatively — with insight, relevance, and trust.
- You've consistently been a top performer:
- You've hit and exceeded quota across multiple cycles.
- You can point to hard numbers, rankings, and references that prove it.
- You are proactive, self-managing, and driven — the kind of person who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
- You communicate with clarity and polish, and can represent Luca credibly to senior stakeholders.
- You're energized by the challenge of building and hunting — not just following a playbook.
- Bonus: you've worked with or inside startups with international culture, pace, or expectations, even if based in Mexico.
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in software/SaaS sales.
- Based in any of the following cities: Tijuana, Cabos, Chihuahua, Culiacán, Hermosillo.
- Track record of quota attainment and top-tier performance.
- Experience with consultative, high-value selling.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Driver's license and access to a car; open to frequent travel within the following states by car: Baja California, Chihuahua, Sinaloa and Sonora.
