We are looking for a
US Investments Intern
to join our fast-growing and highly collaborative investment team.
This role offers hands-on exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including underwriting, market analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution across U.S. real estate investments.
The intern will work closely with senior team members and play an active role in evaluating new acquisition opportunities while supporting live deals in the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, review, and underwrite new acquisition opportunities across target U.S. markets.
- Assist in building and refining financial models and preparing investment memorandums.
- Support the due diligence and closing process, including coordination of physical, environmental, financial, legal, and operational diligence.
- Conduct market research and strategic analysis to support investment decisions.
- Monitor deal pipeline and assist with ongoing transaction execution.
Experience & Qualifications
- Undergraduate student in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field with strong academic performance.
- Business-level fluency in
English and Spanish
(written and verbal). - Advanced proficiency in
Excel
(financial modeling) and
PowerPoint
. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong interest in U.S. real estate investing.
