Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting and overseeing the Sales and Product Management team for Slot Products in the following manner:

  • Sales Opportunity & Order Management:
  • Review opportunities submitted by Account Executives and submit to Capex and Regional Sales Directors for approval.
  • Accurately input and track sales opportunities in Salesforce for various types of transactions such as Install, Removal, Convert to Sale/Lease and Contract changes.
  • Provide monthly reports to the Account Executives, Regional Sales Directors & Director of Sales Operations.
  • Monitor and act upon Salesforce queues of various order statuses for the Sales and Product Management team.
  • Ensure orders are progressing to meet quarter-end deadlines.
  • Order Creation and Management:
  • Create and input sales orders of various types & complexity into an ERP system with meticulous attention to detail, managing the entire order process to ensure timely progression through each stage without delays in other queues.
  • Update orders transitioning from lease to sale by quarter-end deadlines.
  • Ensure seamless order progression, preventing delays and driving efficiency.
  • Investigate order delays and identify where improvements can be made.
  • Contract Support:
  • Verify order information for accuracy to facilitate smooth contract creation, ensuring all details align with customer and sales requirements.
  • Investigate customer inquiries in detail for the Sales and Product Management team.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Communicate effectively with multiple teams, including Field Service, Finance, Legal, Product Management and Purchasing, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Support team members across the organization with a can-do attitude to assist with critical projects or urgent needs.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement among the Sales and Product Management team processes.
  • Support and train the Sales and Product Management team on new and improved processes.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years' in Sales Administration, Sales Operations or Data Entry roles
  • Strong background with Salesforce and ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) with the ability to leverage these systems efficiently to drive process improvements
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate order entry and seamless management through the entire order process
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with diverse teams
  • Proven ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain a strong work ethic in a remote environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a fun, supportive work culture
  • Ability to solve complex problems with minimal oversight and adapt to dynamic priorities
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills
  • Identify and implement process improvements that streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
