Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and billing.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders or accounts.
- Support onboarding of new sales team members with tools and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting tools.
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and invoicing procedures.
