ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a remote position based out of Guadalajara
We're seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in the final stage of our sales cycle. This is a non-hunting sales role focused entirely on educating inbound prospects.
You'll meet with warm leads (med-spas, wellness clinics, and other healthcare businesses) who are already interested in partnering with us. Your job is to walk them through our platform, demonstrate how Qualify works, clearly explain our value, and help them feel confident and ready to close.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves presenting, teaching, and engaging with clients, wants to grow their career in sales or customer success within a fast-paced US telemedicine company.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Lead live demo calls with inbound prospects to showcase how the Qualify platform works.
- Explain our core services, including aesthetic clearances, weight-loss prescription workflows and how clinics can integrate them into their operations.
- Tailor demos based on client needs, specialty, and patient volume.
- Answer questions, address concerns, and ensure prospects clearly understand our process, value, and revenue model.
- After demo calls, provide proper followups and keep clients engaged for the sale to close.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1–2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (sales support, customer success, account coordination, onboarding, or similar).
- Strong English verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable explaining tech platforms or digital tools to non-technical users.
- Professional, friendly, and confident in live video calls.
- Organized, proactive, and reliable, with strong follow-through.
- Would be nice to have experience with CRM and ERP management (Salesforce, Jira)
BENEFITS
- Monthly Salary of $24,500 gross (bruto)
- Year-end bonus (aguinaldo): 30 days.
- Savings fund: 10% (capped at 1.3 UMAM).
- Grocery vouchers: 10% of base salary (capped at $1,302.84 MXN).
- Life insurance: Coverage of $200,000 MXN.
- Individual Major Medical Expenses Insurance
- Working hours from Monday to Friday from 9:30AM to 5:30PM
