The Role: We are looking for a Commercial Analyst & Order to Cash specialist, with excellent communication skills, charisma, and a high attention to detail to handle this process, customer service, and order tracking. The role main objective is to ensure that the supply chains have what they need to continue the operational flow. The role involves providing concise information aligned with the customer's interests, clarifying doubts, and resolving issues in the order fulfillment process. The successful candidate is someone passionate about putting the customer first and with experience working under pressure. Get ready to soar and make a difference

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management: The administration and supervision of all processes involved in the life cycle of an order, from its creation to its collection.

Credit & Collect: An essential function in a company that is responsible for managing credit transactions.

Purchase Order Flow: The process of the purchase order from its entry into the system until its invoicing & delivery.

Delivery Appointment Control: The supervision with clients deliveries to fulfill with dates and times.

Invoicing and billing: Whether a customer has paid in full or is waiting for a bill, an invoice with the correct information and status is issued.

Data management: Analysis of data helps businesses see where improvement is needed.
