Roles + Responsabilidade s

  • Realizar el proceso de prospección en el territorio asignado, con el fin de detectar y atraer clientes nuevos.

  • Realización de planes para implementar iniciativas de crecimiento en cuentas clave.

  • Proceso de prospección en cuentas asignadas para identificar necesidades de medición.
  • Organización, preparación y ejecución de visitas con clientes
  • Análiss y gestión de embudo de ventas

  • Mantener actualizado el CRM

  • Monitorear y proveer asesoría de seguimiento a los clientes que hayan recibido propuestas técnico-económicas.

  • Mantener actualizada la información de proyectos estratégicos, contar con información oportuna y de calidad para una correcta toma de decisiones.

  • Realizar el proceso de negociación y cierre de ventas con el cliente.

Perfil + Características

  • Graduado de Ingeniería Química, Automatización y Control, Industrial, Mecatrónica, Comunicaciones, Electrónica, Eléctrica, Mecánica o afín.

  • Conocimiento y experiencia en la selección, especificación y recomendación de tecnologías de medición industrial para Medidores de Flujo, Nivel, Presión, Temperatura, Análisis.

  • Conocimiento en aplicaciones básicas de medición en industrias como Alimentos y Bebidas, Químicas.
  • Experiencia de al menos 3 años en la atención, desarrollo y cierre de ventas directamente en plantas industriales (usuarios finales).
  • Experiencia en la generación de negocios con empresas de sector privado (químicas, farmaceuticas y life science)

  • Experiencia de al menos 2 años en la atención, desarrollo y cierre de ventas.

  • Inglés Intermedio

  • 2 años en ventas de equipos, servicios, soluciones de automatización.

  • 2 años aplicando técnicas de ventas: táctica, estratégica, venta de soluciones, negociación.

  • Conocimientos específicos: Automatización, Ventas y Negociación.

  • Paquetería: MS Office, CRM.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
