Position Overview

As a Senior Manager, focused on Project Delivery and Business Development for the Consumer Products and Food & Beverage industry in Mexico, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering consulting-led transformation solutions that generate measurable, long-term results for clients.

Your role involves building trusted relationships with senior executives, identifying strategic and operational improvement opportunities, and closing large consulting contracts that support clients in achieving excellence in productivity, quality, safety, and sustainability across their value chains.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
  • Build credibility and trust with C-Level executives, acting as a strategic advisor on operational transformation and performance improvement.
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for the Consumer Products and Food & Beverage sectors in Mexico.
Business Development
  • Identify, prospect, and lead new business opportunities within the Consumer Products and Food & Beverage segments.
  • Close complex consulting projects related to operational excellence, supply chain optimization, manufacturing efficiency, quality and safety improvement, digital transformation, and sustainability performance.
  • Expand existing client relationships by identifying new business opportunities and long-term partnerships.
Engagement & Project Management
  • Work closely with consulting teams to structure project activities, objectives, deliverables, and required resources.
  • Engage with key stakeholders at the executive and operational levels to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Anticipate project risks and challenges, proposing strategic actions to mitigate impacts and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Act as a strategic partner for clients, supporting continuous improvement and transformation journeys.
Tools & Technology
  • Utilize CRM and market analysis tools to manage the business development pipeline.
  • Develop and present impactful business proposals using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Stay engaged with project execution, ensuring service excellence and identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in Consultative Sales & Business Development
  • Proven track record in selling strategic and operational consulting services to C-Level executives.
  • Strong background in prospecting and closing new business, as well as expanding existing accounts.
  • Ability to lead complex negotiations and close large-scale transformation contracts.
Industry Knowledge – Consumer Products & Food & Beverage
  • Experience in selling or delivering strategic solutions for companies in the Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, or Manufacturing sectors in Latin America.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, production and supply chain challenges, sustainability and ESG agendas, and operational performance drivers.
Technical & Soft Skills
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic and consultative mindset, capable of leading high-level discussions on productivity, digitalization, sustainability, supply chain, and process optimization.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English.
  • Advanced Portuguese will be considered a plus.
Education Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • Availability for frequent travel (up to 50% within the country).
