Sobre la empresa

Empresa líder en la venta de libros infantiles en línea se encuentra en búsqueda de un Especialista en Amazon Ads con sólida experiencia en marketing digital y e-commerce, enfocado en resultados y crecimiento sostenido de ventas.

Objetivo del puesto

Gestionar, optimizar y escalar campañas de Amazon Ads, asegurando un alto retorno de inversión y crecimiento mensual en ventas, con impacto directo en la rentabilidad del negocio.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Planificar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands y Sponsored Display).
  • Analizar métricas clave como ROAS, ACOS, CPC y conversión para tomar decisiones estratégicas.
  • Gestionar presupuestos publicitarios de forma eficiente, orientados a resultados.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento mediante análisis de keywords, competencia y tendencias del mercado.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias complementarias en Mercado Libre Ads y canales externos (redes sociales, medios digitales).
  • Colaborar con equipos internos para alinear campañas publicitarias con estrategias comerciales y de marca.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia comprobable gestionando Amazon Ads, con resultados de ventas superiores a $1,000,000 MXN mensuales.
  • Experiencia previa en e-commerce, retail o ventas en marketplaces.
  • Conocimiento en Mercado Libre Ads y marketing fuera de marketplaces (deseable).
  • Perfil analítico, con capacidad para interpretar datos y optimizar campañas basadas en métricas.
  • Autonomía, proactividad y enfoque a resultados.
