En Crescere HR acompañamos a una agencia digital con presencia internacional en la incorporación de un/a profesional senior especializado/a en Amazon Ads, con enfoque en implementación, optimización, análisis y fronting con el cliente.

¿Qué vas a hacer?
- Implementar, gestionar y optimizar campañas en Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Video y DSP).
- Controlar pacing, inversión y performance, asegurando una ejecución impecable.
- Analizar métricas clave y elaborar insights accionables para clientes y equipos internos.
- Recomendar estrategias, detectar oportunidades de mejora y generar optimizaciones continuas.
- Liderar o acompañar capacitaciones sobre la plataforma para diferentes equipos.
- Ser referente técnico y estratégico en el ecosistema de Amazon.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia comprobable en Amazon Ads (mín. 3 años).
- Dominio de Seller Central, estructuras de campaña y formatos publicitarios.
- Perfil analítico, orientado a performance y detallista.
- Experiencia en agencias o trabajando con marcas de e-commerce.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para relacionarse con clientes y equipos.
- Inglés intermedio/avanzado (deseable).
- Residencia en CDMX o zonas cercanas.
