As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for
connecting business needs with people strategies
, combining
strategic thinking
with
hands-on execution
across the full employee lifecycle. This role involves
managing core HR processes

You will act as a
trusted advisor
to business leaders, translating
operational needs into actionable HR solutions
, and actively participating in strategic meetings to contribute with a
people-centered perspective

Your key responsibilities will be:
Talent Management

  • Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, internal mobility, and development strategies.
  • Coordinate performance management cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, calibrations, and promotions.
  • Analyze talent-related data (turnover, compensation, job levels) to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate on compensation proposals and career path frameworks aligned with business needs.

Strategic HR & Organizational Culture

  • Align talent strategy with business objectives, ensuring HR initiatives support operational goals.
  • Promote a culture based on company values through practical actions and leadership support.
  • Monitor the work environment and propose realistic initiatives to improve employee experience.
  • Act as a change agent in cultural transformation, balancing strategic vision with operational execution.

Operational HR Processes

  • Manage recruitment processes in partnership with internal and external providers.
  • Support internal movement cases, organizational structure reviews, and restructuring proposals.
  • Participate in regional HR projects related to the Employee Lifecycle.
  • Handle sensitive cases such as terminations, ensuring compliance and alignment with company policies.

Change Management

  • Support organizational changes by aligning people, processes, and systems.
  • Design and execute communication plans to facilitate adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Monitor the human impact of changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

Organizational Development

  • Promote leadership development, training, and continuous learning programs.
  • Facilitate coaching and mentoring initiatives, and support high-performance team development.
  • Encourage internal mobility and career growth through structured development plans.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong background in Talent Management is essential.
  • Solid understanding of HR functional areas: recruitment, compensation, employee relations, organizational development.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
