About Us

We are a fast-growing roofing company focused on residential roof replacements and repairs. We generate leads through Facebook Ads, Google, and other inbound sources and are scaling aggressively. We're looking for a sharp, confident SDR / Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact with homeowners and book qualified roof inspections for our sales team.

If you're money-motivated, comfortable on the phone, and know how to control conversations without sounding salesy, this role is for you.

  • Responsibilities
    Call inbound leads quickly and follow up with unresponsive prospects
  • Make outbound calls/texts to warm leads
  • Qualify homeowners (property type, ownership, timing, issues)
  • Book confirmed roof inspection appointments on our calendar
  • Handle objections professionally (price concerns, "just looking," timing)
  • Send confirmation texts and reminders to reduce no-shows
  • Update CRM notes accurately and consistently

  • What We're Looking For
    Strong phone presence and clear communication

  • Comfortable talking to homeowners (no fear of objections)
  • Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-ups
  • Coachable and open to scripts and call reviews
  • Experience in roofing, home services, or appointment setting is a BIG plus
  • Experience with CRMs, SMS, and dialers preferred

  • Compensation
    Base pay + Performance bonuses
