FINCOE is looking for a detail-oriented
Accounts Payable Specialist
to support one of our clients. In this role, you will be employed by FINCOE and embedded directly into our client's finance operations. This is a 6-month contract position focused on daily invoice processing and maintaining high-level data integrity within
NetSuite
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Invoice Management:
    Review, code, and process a high volume of vendor invoices daily to ensure timely payment cycles.
  • NetSuite Operations:
    Manage the AP workflow within NetSuite, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Dispute Resolution:
    Proactively reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing/PO discrepancies.
  • Collaboration:
    Partner with the client's internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Compliance:
    Maintain strict adherence to the client's internal controls and accounting standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:
    2+ years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    NetSuite experience is highly preferred.
    Candidates should be comfortable navigating complex ERP environments.
  • Efficiency:
    Ability to manage high-volume daily tasks in a fast-paced, remote setting.
  • Communication:
    Professional demeanor for interacting with FINCOE clients and their external vendors.
