We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team at Axented. As the AP/AR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our company by handling all incoming and outgoing payments accurately and efficiently.

Ideal candidate:

  • Bachelors in Admin, Finance, or related field.
  • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • At least 2 years of remote work collaboration using Teams, Zoom, or similar.
  • At least 2 years of experience performing financial and/or customer service functions.
  • Proficiency using an ERP system, accounting software, or similar.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Available Mon-Fri 8 – 5 US Eastern Time. Flexible to changes in schedule and holidays.
  • Work location Monterrey area.

Activities:

  • Receive, verify, and process Accounts Payable (AP) Invoices into the ERP system.
  • Issue payments to vendors.
  • Reconcile accounts payable statements.
  • Be the primary point of contact with AP vendors.
  • Answer Customer Service calls & provide customer support.
  • Enter sales orders into the ERP system and perform internal tracking until the orders are fully processed and fulfilled.
  • Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) collection activities such as generating AR invoices, resolving billing issues, following up on past-due payments, contacting customers about outstanding invoices.
