Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager located in Punta Mita. The Assistant Property Manager will support the day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth property management. Responsibilities include team coordination, vendor management, overseeing maintenance schedules, managing bookings, ensuring excellent guest services, and promptly addressing issues to maintain the estate's high standards. Collaboration with the property management team to ensure seamless operations is integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including task management and scheduling
  • Outstanding communication and guest service abilities with a focus on providing personalized experiences
  • Experience in team coordination, vendor management, and property operation processes
  • Familiarity with hospitality best practices, customer relationship management, and event coordination
  • Ability to solve problems proactively, adapt to dynamic scenarios, and deliver consistent results
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (bilingual preferred)
  • Experience in luxury property management, hospitality, or related fields is a BIG plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
