Senior Growth Marketing Specialist

Were looking for a senior, business-minded growth leader who can own the companys growth strategy end-to-end. This is a builder and owner role, not a coordinator role.
You will be responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth through a full-funnel, data-driven approach, while helping define how the company competes and wins in the market.
You will work closely with leadership and sales, with real ownership over both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Revenue Ownership (Core)
- Own and lead the companys growth strategy across the full funnel (acquisition, conversion, retention).
- Define growth priorities, investments, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Drive pipeline and revenue impact, not just marketing activity.
Funnel, Performance & Unit Economics
- Own and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel.
- Track and report on core metrics:
- CAC, LTV, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, ROI.
- Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve performance and efficiency.
Acquisition & Channel Strategy
- Own the multi-channel acquisition strategy (paid, organic, partnerships, new channels).
- Define testing frameworks, budgets, and scaling plans.
- Oversee experimentation and continuous optimization across channels, messaging, and offers.
Go-to-Market, Positioning & Sales Alignment
- Help define and refine:
- ICPs, value propositions, use cases, and messaging.
- Ensure strong alignment between marketing, sales, and business goals.
- Support sales with strategy, insights, and growth initiatives tied to revenue.
Execution, Leadership & Infrastructure
- Be hands-on where needed while also coordinating agencies, vendors, or internal resources.
- Build scalable growth processes, dashboards, and playbooks.
- Ensure leadership has clear visibility into growth performance and ROI.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or revenue-driven marketing roles.
- Proven experience owning growth strategy and driving measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel growth, demand generation, and revenue metrics.
- Experience working closely with leadership and sales teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multi-channel acquisition strategies.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or complex sales-cycle businesses.
- Experience in high-growth or scaling environments.
- Experience building or scaling growth engines from early or mid-stage.
- Experience managing agencies or small teams.
- Experience with product-led or hybrid go-to-market models.
- Experience in experimentation frameworks and advanced funnel optimization.
What Success Looks Like (First 3-6 Months)
- A clear, prioritized growth strategy and execution roadmap aligned with business objectives is defined and in motion.
- Full-funnel visibility is established with reliable dashboards and performance tracking.
- Clear ownership and structure across the growth funnel (acquisition, conversion, pipeline, revenue).
- Measurable improvements in key metrics such as:
- Lead quality
- Conversion rates
- Pipeline contribution
CAC efficiency
A predictable and repeatable demand generation engine is operating.
- Strong alignment established between marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
- Clear understanding of what channels, messages, and initiatives drive the highest business impact.
- A culture of experimentation, measurement, and continuous optimization is in place.
