Role Objective del RT Coordinator
Tu rol será de capacitar y acompañar al personal del restaurante en la misión retadora de entregar órdenes en 10 min.
Acompañamiento en Aperturas de Nuevas Tiendas:
Coordinar y supervisar la apertura de nuevas tiendas Turbo.
Asegurar que todos los procesos operativos estén en funcionamiento adecuado desde el inicio.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Reclutamiento de RTs por Microzona:
Reclutar y seleccionar Recursos de Transporte (RTs) para cubrir las microzonas asignadas.
Coordinar con el equipo de recursos humanos para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y perfiles adecuados.
Revisión de Métricas Operativas por Microzona:
Monitorear y analizar las métricas operativas de cada microzona.
Generar informes sobre el desempeño y proponer mejoras si es necesario.
Visitas Operativas a Aliados:
Realizar visitas regulares a aliados para verificar el cumplimiento de tiempos de llegada de los RTs y tiempos de entrega a los clientes.
Identificar y resolver cualquier problema operativo que pueda surgir.
Reuniones Semanales con Equipos Comerciales:
Conducir reuniones semanales con equipos comerciales para presentar avances operativos y discutir nuevos objetivos.
Asegurar una comunicación efectiva y la implementación de estrategias para alcanzar los targets establecidos.
Soporte en Vivo para Tiendas Turbo:
Brindar soporte operativo en tiempo real a las tiendas Turbo.
Resolver problemas operativos y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las tiendas.
Gestión de Órdenes a través de Lupe:
Administrar y gestionar las órdenes mediante la plataforma Lupe.
Asegurar la correcta ejecución y seguimiento de las órdenes.
Informe de Consecuciones de RTs por Microzona:
Elaborar informes detallados sobre las consecuciones de RTs en cada microzona.
Proveer datos y análisis para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
Gestión de Disponibilidad de Aliados y RTs por Microzona:
Gestionar la disponibilidad de aliados y RTs a nivel de macrozona para asegurar una cobertura adecuada.
Gestión de Indicadores para Equipos Comerciales:
Monitorear y gestionar los indicadores de desempeño para los equipos comerciales.
Proveer retroalimentación y recomendaciones para mejorar los resultados.
