We're looking for a motivated and data-driven professional to join our Operations team as an Operations Analyst. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improving processes and performance in a fast-paced environment.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Asignación de Órdenes 
  • Asignar una orden a un repartidor Geo para que realice la entrega de la orden. 
  • Asegurar que todos los procesos operativos estén en funcionamiento adecuado desde el inicio.
  • Realizar proceso de cancelacion cuando se presenta aliado sin producto disponible o tienda cerrada
  • Establecer comunicacion con los repartidores asignados a las ordenes para agilizar el proceso de entrega de las mismas 
  • Reclutamiento de RTs por Microzona:
  • Reclutar y seleccionar Recursos de Transporte (RTs) para cubrir las microzonas asignadas.
  • Coordinar con el equipo de recursos humanos para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y perfiles adecuados.
  • Asignar la orden a un repartidor Geo cuando el sistema la asigna a un externo
  • Apagar/ Encender Tiendas
  • Apagar tiendas que presentan novedades con los despachos de las ordenes o las plataformas de gestion de ordenes y encender nuevamente cuando se solucionen los inconvenientes. 
  • Realizar correcciones a los horarios de apertura y cierre de las tiendas 
  • Apagar las tiendas que presentan demoras en despacho de ordenes y reportar al grupo de aliado la irregularidad
  • Soporte en Vivo para Tiendas Turbo:
  • Brindar soporte operativo en tiempo real a las tiendas Turbo.
  • Resolver problemas operativos y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las tiendas.
  • Gestión de Órdenes a través de Lupe:
  • Administrar y gestionar las órdenes mediante la plataforma Lupe.
  • Asegurar la correcta ejecución y seguimiento de las órdenes.
  • Soporte en Vivo para RTs
  • Apoyar al repartidor con solicitudes para contactar al usuario o tramitar una orden .

Requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
  • Preferred: knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to communicate insights clearly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets.
