Service Coordinator

Work You'll Do
- Ensure the prompt and efficient fulfillment of customer technical service requests (internal and external), maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through empathy, interest, and effective follow-up to ensure successful closure.
- Advise and coordinate the team of technicians to meet the sales AOP of the business unit, overseeing daily tasks and ensuring team performance aligns with KPIs.
- Manage and control the schedule of service technicians, prioritizing service requests based on customer needs and urgency.
- Provide telephone support when required, considering the urgency of customer issues, and ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
- Supervise daily tasks assigned to technicians, ensuring compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain and verify the proper functioning of tools and equipment used in service activities.
- Follow up on purchase orders and service assignments from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Evaluate and record service data for KPI tracking and reporting purposes.
- Control and manage the service department's budget, preparing billing and service reports accurately.
- Safeguard company assets under your responsibility (laptop, vehicle, mobile, tools) at all times.
- Be available to attend to customers and technicians on working days and weekends, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to service excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience: 3+ years in a similar position, personnel management, and knowledge of plastic injection processes
- English: Intermediate (Business and Technical)
