We are currently seeking a DevSecOps Engineer Senior Specialist to join our team in GDL, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
About The Role
We are seeking a proactive DevSecOps Engineer to embed security into our development and operations workflows. You will help automate, monitor, and secure our CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Automation: Integrate security tools into CI/CD pipelines.
- Infrastructure as Code: Manage cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitoring & Logging: Implement observability tools to detect and respond to threats.
- Compliance: Ensure systems meet regulatory and security standards.
- Collaboration: Work with development and operations teams to promote secure coding practices.
- Incident Response: Assist in identifying and mitigating security incidents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity.
- 3+ years in DevOps or security engineering.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CKA, AWS Security).
- Experience with SAST/DAST tools.
- Familiarity with zero-trust architecture.
- Exposure to threat modeling and risk assessment
