About the Role" 

"Job Title": Data Engineer/BI

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop, maintain, and scale reporting dashboards and data pipelines to monitor performance of global paid media campaigns across channels (e.g., display, video, search, and affiliate). 
  • Partner with stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and product teams to define KPIs and develop metrics frameworks that support customer acquisition goals. 
  • Perform deep-dive analysis on paid media effectiveness and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and present actionable insights. 
  • Support marketing attribution modeling, experimentation, and campaign incrementality measurement in collaboration with data science partners. 
  • Build automation and self-service tools to enable faster, more accurate campaign decision-making. 
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives and visualizations for stakeholders at all levels, from marketing specialists to senior leadership. 
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across multiple sources including campaign management tools, internal data lakes, and third-party platforms. 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in BI, marketing analytics, or data engineering, preferably in a digital media or e-commerce environment. 
  • Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and querying large-scale datasets. 
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, or Power BI. 
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, including paid media attribution, funnel metrics, CAC/LTV, and ROI measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
