Infraestructure Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
  • Advanced knowledge of: Networks (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls)
  • Advanced Knowledge of Servers (Windows, Linux)
  • Advanced Knowledge of Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Avanced Knowledge of: Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Monitoring and automation (Zabbix, Nagios, Ansible, etc.)
  • Preferred certifications: ITIL, PMP, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft (AZ-104, etc.), VMware VCP.
  • Highly Prefererred Experience in hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud). Participation in digital transformation or cloud migration projects. Experience in regulated industries (financial, credit cards, etc.).
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT infrastructure operations (data centers, networks, servers, storage, backup, etc.).
  • Lead and develop technical teams, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
  • Plan and execute infrastructure modernization and expansion projects.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory policies.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manage contracts and vendor relationships.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and business areas, translating business needs into viable technical solutions.
  • Lead the definition, prioritization, and evolution of the product backlog.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, analytics, and design teams to ensure deliverables.
  • Gather, structure, and negotiate business requirements with stakeholders from different areas.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, refinements, demos, and planning sessions.
  • Act as an effective bridge between the business's strategic vision and technical execution.
