We are seeking a skilled Business/System Analyst to join our IT/Software Development team. In this role, you will serve as the critical link between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to gather, analyze, and communicate requirements that drive the development of high-quality systems and applications.

You will be responsible for translating business processes into clear documentation, managing backlogs, preparing development tasks, and ensuring solutions align with customer needs and system capabilities. Your strong analytical mindset, technical knowledge, and communication skills will ensure project success from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements, use cases, workflows, and processes, offering suggestions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with English-speaking project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Break down high-level information into detailed functional and technical requirements.
  • Identify gaps between customer needs, system capabilities, and current business policies.
  • Manage the product backlog and communicate clear requirements to the development team.
  • Prepare detailed tasks and specifications based on collected requirements.
  • Participate in product demos and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Support testing and implementation phases to ensure requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in business or system analysis.
  • Proficiency in writing technical and functional documentation.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Understanding of mobile application development processes.
  • Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and system architecture concepts.
  • Experience working with high-load APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Ability to create and work with wireframes, diagrams, and workflow models.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken).
