Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute regional sales strategies for construction and earth-moving equipment
-Lead, motivate, and manage sales teams and dealer networks
-Manage sales budgets, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts
-Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
-Maintain key customer relationships and ensure contract compliance
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust business plans
-Collaborate with marketing, product management, and service teams
-Support product launches, promotions, and industry exhibitions
-Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
-5-8 years of sales management experience in heavy machinery or construction equipment
-Experience in B2B sales and managing dealer/distributor networks
-Strong knowledge of earth-moving machinery, loaders, and road construction equipment
-Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
-Fluency in Spanish and English required
-Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
-Knowledge of credit policies, financing models, and equipment leasing
-Experience in mining or construction industry sectors
