Our Food Ingredients division is looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to help our region's growth plan.
Food Ingredients: Innovating improved nutritional profiles, better taste and texture and greater cost efficiency to meet the needs of global food and beverage manufacturers.

Where You ll Make a Difference
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to align and implement strategic industry plan initiatives and product offering.
- Support strategic goals by implementing business plan to achieve and exceed target revenue and gross margin.
- Run various marketing campaigns with key customers in Mexico and Central America
- Cultivate and develop relationships with top management of targeted existing and potential customers to promote IFF as the preferred supplier.
- Effectively manage projects and pipeline in Salesforce and update them on a periodic basis.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of food ingredients solutions and services according to customer needs and requirements.
- Monitor industry trends, market potentials, top market player movements, competitive intelligence, and feed back to the team.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in food technology, Food Science or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of sales or commercial experience in Food ingredients, Flavours or Food & Beverage industry.
- Experience with customers engagement and key account management.
- Good commercial and technical acumen that enables identification of technical and commercial needs, and proposal of optimized solution.
- Strong interpersonal skills, networking ability and team player.
- Proactive and independent. Proven ability to work and manage time and priorities un-supervised.
- Effective listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
- English language proficiency both in writing and able to stablish fluent business conversations.
- Willing to travel extensively.
