Serás responsable de
operar

y
dar soporte

al plan de marketing y comunicación de Monato. Tu trabajo ayudará a mantener nuestros mensajes claros, consistentes y visibles en el ecosistema fintech, conectando nuestras iniciativas con clientes, aliados y la comunidad.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Gestión operativa de canales digitales:

Actualizar el sitio web, LinkedIn y materiales de contenido siguiendo lineamientos de marca.
- Creación de contenido:

Redactar copys, preparar artes, apoyar en newsletters y materiales de comunicación.
- Coordinación con equipos internos:

Dar soporte a campañas comerciales, reclutamiento y comunicación institucional.
- Monitoreo del ecosistema:

Levantar información sobre tendencias, competidores y oportunidades de contenido.
- Apoyo en campañas y eventos:

Participar en la ejecución de lanzamientos, webinars, comunicados y actividades puntuales.
- Reportes y métricas:

Registrar resultados básicos (engagement, tráfico, alcance) y preparar reportes claros.

Perfil y Habilidades Clave

  • 1–3 años de experiencia en marketing digital, contenido o comunicación.
  • Conocimiento básico/intermedio de herramientas digitales (analytics, CMS, SEO/SEM).
  • Excelente redacción y capacidad para simplificar temas técnicos.
  • Organización, detalle y rapidez para ejecutar.
  • Enormes ganas de crecer en marketing fintech.
