Darwin A.I. is building the future of artificial intelligence, helping businesses make smarter, faster, and more impactful decisions. We're looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our team and turn data into insights that drive growth.

In this role, you'll analyze marketing performance, uncover trends, and provide recommendations that shape our strategies. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to optimize campaigns, refine targeting, and support go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing data to track performance and identify opportunities.
  • Measure and optimize campaigns across digital channels.
  • Create dashboards and reports to share insights with the team.
  • Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or data analysis role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce a plus).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
