Payroll Analyst
tendrá un impacto:

Responsable de las operaciones diarias relacionadas con el procesamiento de nóminas de acuerdo con las leyes, normas y procedimientos aplicables que las regulan, satisfaciendo necesidades de información que requieren diferentes stakeholders.

Las responsabilidades clave para esta función incluyen:

  • Procesar y asegurar el cálculo correcto de las diferentes nóminas quincenales y extraordinarias (Aguinaldo, PTU, etc).
  • Cálculo de finiquitos y liquidaciones.
  • Realizar los procesos correspondientes para ejecutar la dispersión de la nómina y pagos especiales.
  • Ejecutar los procesos de cierre de la nómina, mensuales y anuales y participar en la conciliación de la contabilidad.
  • Administrar y controlar descuentos varios (fondo de ahorro, seguros, Fonacot, etc.) así como el pago de las retenciones ante los diferentes organismos.
  • Asegurar el proceso adecuado de movimientos en IDSE, cálculo de variabilidad, operaciones de SUA y coordinar el pago oportuno de cuotas obrero-patronal y obligaciones fiscales.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones contractuales y fiscales que establece el IMSS, INFONAVIT, LFT, LISR, ISN.
  • Brindar apoyo en auditorias periódicas (internas y externas).
  • Participar en proyectos de mejora en el departamento.
  • Mantener registros precisos y preparar informes para diferentes stakeholders
  • Brindar apoyo y orientación a los empleados sobre diversos temas de nomina

Las calificaciones mínimas para este rol son:

  • Conocimientos avanzados en el cálculo de nómina, impuestos relacionados, PTU, aguinaldo, pensiones alimenticias, incapacidades, finiquitos y liquidaciones, capitales constitutivos, administracion de beneficios (ej. vales de despensa, fondo de ahorro)
  • Conocimiento avanzado en SUA/ IDSE/ INFONAVIT/ FONACOT/ LFT/ ISN/ ISR
  • Excel avanzado
  • 4 años de experiencia
  • Ingles intermedio – Capaz de mantener conversaciones
  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración/ Contabilidad o afín (Titulado)
