We are looking for your talent to join one of our projects as a Payroll Specialist
.

This position belongs to the Digital Operations and Platforms (DOP) area of the company.

R͏equirements

  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • English advanced level.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and familiarity with WFA processes.
  • Proficient in MS-Office.

R͏esponsibilities

  • Personnel/HR data management and reporting.
  • Promotion/transfer/separation admin process.
  • Data entry for HR transaction processing - new hires, separations, promotions transfers, etc.
  • Processing mass updates.
  • Maintain employee data.
  • Maintain Org, position & Job attributes.

Qualifications

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and logical thinking.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Thinks outside of the box.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker.
  • Problem solving abilities.

D͏etails

  • Salary: Up to $22k MXN (based on candidate experience and qualifications).
  • Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco.
  • Type of work: On-site training. Hybrid work model after training.
  • Schedule
    :
    Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
