About the role

We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
with a strong background in automation systems to lead complex projects from concept to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage automation projects ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and integration of automation systems.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within the automation or industrial controls sector, specifically delivering solutions for automotive production lines and testing systems.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale automation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, robotics, and industrial automation technologies.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP systems and project management software.
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • PMP certification is considered a plus
