(PC&L) Production, Control & Logistics
Requirements:
•
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or related field (Master's degree preferred).
•
10+ years of experience
in Supply Chain / Materials in the
automotive industry
•
5+ years in a managerial role.
-5+ Experience working in companies Tier 1 or OEMs
•Strong knowledge of
MRP, SAP (or other ERP systems), Lean Manufacturing, JIT, Kanban
.
•Experience in
international logistics and import/export
.
•Advanced English
•Proven leadership, negotiation skills, and strategic vision.
Responsibilities
•Lead the areas of
materials planning, inventory control, internal logistics, and warehouses
.
•Ensure
on-time material supply
to production lines, avoiding shortages or downtime.
•Define and implement
demand planning and MRP strategies
.
•Control and optimize inventory levels according to corporate policies.
•Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure compliance with
cost, quality, and delivery targets
.
•Monitor and follow up on key performance indicators (
OTD, inventory, logistics costs
).
•Lead continuous improvement projects within the supply chain (Lean, Kanban, JIT).
•Manage, develop, and motivate the materials team.
