About the Role

We're building products powered by AI that make a real impact — and we're looking for someone who can turn cutting-edge ideas into reality. As our AI Product Manager, you'll connect business strategy with technical execution, guiding teams of engineers, data scientists, and researchers to bring intelligent, scalable products to life.

You'll balance big-picture thinking with hands-on decision-making, shaping how AI is built, deployed, and evolved across the company.

What You'll Do

  • Define and drive the AI product roadmap in alignment with company goals.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration from concept through deployment and iteration.
  • Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prioritize impact-driven features and make smart trade-offs based on data and feasibility.
  • Stay ahead of trends in LLMs, generative AI, and ML innovation to influence strategy.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of product management or technical project leadership experience.
  • Fluent English - Written and Spoken
  • Practical background in AI, ML, or data engineering (Python, ML frameworks, pipelines, or deployment).
  • Strong understanding of ML concepts, LLM workflows, and AI architecture.
  • Excellent communication — you can make technical topics accessible and inspiring.
  • Problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making.

Nice to Have

  • Experience launching or prototyping AI/LLM-powered products.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and production-scale AI systems.
  • Understanding of enterprise AI adoption, data privacy, or compliance.
  • Contributions to open-source or research projects.
  • Degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field (PhD a plus).
