Responsibilities:

  • Administrar los recursos humanos y materiales a su cargo para poder cumplir con los objetivos del área
  • Supervisar que se lleven a cabo los procedimientos e instrucciones de calidad con el fin de asegurar que el producto este conforme a los requerimientos.
  • Cumplir con el target de producción diario.
  • Supervisar que el personal a su cargo use de manera adecuada su equipo de seguridad y no existan condiciones inseguras.
  • Supervisar que las personas bajo su responsabilidad se encuentren capacitados en los procedimientos, instrucciones y políticas de los sistemas de Gestión de Calidad y EHS.
  • Hacer reporte diario de desperdicio.
  • Revisar y reportar condiciones de los equipos y herramientas
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de mantenimiento a los equipos asignados.
  • Realizar acciones preventivas y correctivas
  • Administrar el control de incidencias del personal asignado.

Qualifications:

Knowledge –Lean Manufacturing/ Sistemas de Gestión/ ITQ/KRONOS

Education- Ingenieria Quimica, Mecánica o Industrial.

Experience- 1 -2 año de experiencia en puesto similar, industria cerámica, metalmecánica o cementera deseable

Skills and abilities – Responsable, Colaborador,con Pensamiento Analítico, manejo de personal sindicalizado
