Procurement Manager
to our new manufacturing facility in support of our Koch-Glitsch business. This position is in
Apodaca, Mexico.

What You Will Do:

• Lead day-to-day procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable supply and cost effectiveness.
• Coordinate with inventory, production, and quality teams to align procurement activities with operational demands and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Review and analyze purchase requisitions and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and monitor supplier performance metrics to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement processes.
• Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks across the region.
• Manage procurement documentation, reporting, and supplier records effectively.
• Collaborate with logistics and quality functions, particularly within Koch-Glitsch, to support seamless supply chain operations.

The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements (Basic Qualifications):

• Demonstrated experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of procurement and sourcing best practices, vendor management, stakeholder engagement and contract compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software
• Valid VISA and Passport
• Ability to travel
• Proficiency in English and Spanish

What Will Put You Ahead:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• CPCM, CSCP, CPP or MCIPS Certification.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management and supplier quality.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated proactive problem solving, influence and sound judgement in procurement decisions.
• Drive operational efficiency and cost savings while balancing quality and service.
• Familiarity with regional trade regulations and cross-border procurement practices.
