This is a fully on site position in Guadalajara, Jalisco

Advanced English required

As an integral member of the department, the Quality Control Analyst will perform

data quality review of all field data and report documentation to meet requirements,

client expectations and accuracy. The QC Analyst will be a key team member in

supporting project documentation and data with internal departments and clients

as needed to resolve pending data quality control concerns.

Profile

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. 2-year or 4-year degree preferred.
  • Requires at least 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
  • A combination of education, training and related experience may meet requirements. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to continually learn new services.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision by employing effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competencies with computer usage in general.
  • Ability to effectively use the MS Office package, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio,, and/or Adobe Acrobat., and/or Photoshop
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Quality Control checks on field documentation and test results for conformance to both normative and client specifications
  • Perform Quality Control (QC) checks on clients and third-party data, and test results for conformance to both normative and client specifications where applicable
  • Coordinate as required with internal departments to resolve errors and meet quality control objectives
  • Interpret and communicate correct test results including any associated normative or client specifications to provide field documentation within client correspondences, internal discussions, or in report generation and log errors identified during the review process
  • Engage in customer service interactions by electronic, telephone, and/or direct in-person correspondence pertaining to client inquiries and comments.
