Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Subdirector based in Mexico City, Mexico. The Sales Subdirector will oversee sales operations, implement effective strategies, lead sales teams, and maintain strong relationships with clients. They will ensure customer satisfaction, negotiate agreements, analyze market trends, and contribute to the company's growth through strategic planning and execution. Regular reporting, team collaboration, and achieving sales goals will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Customer Satisfaction, with a strong track record in achieving targets.
  • Expertise in Customer Service and ability to build strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong Negotiation skills and the ability to effectively close sales and partnerships.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities, including developing and executing sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving performance and motivating sales teams.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the insurance industry or related fields is a distinct advantage.
  • Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in English is highly valuable.
