Position Summary
The Payroll and Benefits Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Human Resources function by managing payroll and benefits administration processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing for employees across North America. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance, driving process improvements, and supporting vendor and stakeholders related activities to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational management of employee benefits program for North America, including administration and compliance.
- Manage and resolve incidents related to benefits and their impact on payroll.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement to ensure timely submission of payroll-related information.
- Prepare pre-payroll reports for monthly and weekly salary payments.
- Partner with the Payroll SME to ensure accurate application of payroll inputs.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with Payroll, Benefits, HR Business Partners, HR Hub teams, Finance and external vendors.
- Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for payroll and benefits processes.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with benefits vendors and key stakeholders.
- Manage HR billing processes and purchase orders related to benefits.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
