Role Summary

This role leads a team of supervisors overseeing the delivery of key Global HR services: Benefits, Leaves & Accommodations, HR Operations/Shared Services, and Recruiting/Talent Acquisition. This role ensures standardized, compliant, and high-quality service delivery, driving process excellence, continuous improvement, and data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & People Management: Lead and develop supervisors overseeing Benefits, Leaves & Accommodations, HR Operations, and Recruiting teams.
  • Service Delivery & Operations: Own day-to-day service delivery against SLAs/OLAs, establish SOPs and knowledge articles, oversee case management workflows (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Process, Compliance & Risk: Ensure global compliance with relevant local laws and regulations, and internal governance frameworks and policies.
  • Continuous Improvement & Transformation: Champion process standardization and automation opportunities.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Enablement: Partner with TA leadership to ensure scalable recruiting support.
  • Benefits, Leaves & Accommodations: Oversee administration of global benefits programs and compliant administration of global leaves and accommodations.
  • Data, Reporting & Analytics: Own operational dashboards and insights, use data to forecast demand and optimize staffing.

Qualifications

  • Required: 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with 3–5 years managing leaders or supervisors in global environments.
  • Direct experience in at least two of the following domains: benefits, leaves/accommodations, HR operations/shared services, recruiting.
  • Proven track record overseeing service delivery using HR case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow), HRIS (e.g., Workday/SAP), and benefits administration systems.
  • Preferred: Experience in global leaves and accommodations
  • Preferred: Experience in a Global Business Services environment, Lean Six Sigma certification, vendor management experience, relevant HR certifications.
