-What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities & Skills):

-Managing 50+ Cases – Stay organized, track deadlines, and ensure clients get what they need.

- Client Communication – Clients should trust you completely. You'll be the person they rely on.

-Medical Records & Treatment Coordination – Request, review, and summarize records to build strong cases.

- Negotiation & Settlement Prep – Work with providers and adjusters to maximize settlements for clients.

-Calendaring & Deadlines – Nothing slips through the cracks—you own your cases.

-Drafting Demand Letters & Documentation – Clear, persuasive writing that gets results.

-Problem-Solving – You anticipate issues before they happen and find solutions fast.

-Confident Communication Across All Levels – Whether you're speaking with clients, attorneys, medical providers, or insurance adjusters, you make people feel confident that you are smart, competent, and know what you're doing.

-Filevine Experience is a Plus – If you already know how to use Filevine, that's a huge advantage If not, you'll need to learn quickly.

-Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate):

-At least 2 years of experience as a case manager at a California PI law firm

-Fluent in English with impeccable grammar and minimal accent – Your communication should be clear, professional, and inspire confidence.

-Able to talk to different types of people – From nervous clients to seasoned insurance adjusters, you adapt your tone and approach while keeping control of the conversation.

-Organized & Detail-Oriented – You juggle multiple cases without missing a beat.

-Proactive & Self-Sufficient – You don't wait to be told what to do—you just do it.

-A Team Player – You bring positivity and help your colleagues win.

-Someone Who Truly Cares – You want to make a difference in clients' lives.
