RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Lead and oversee all aspects of supply chain management—directly or through cross‑functional teams—including purchasing, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, material forecasting, capacity planning, sourcing, master scheduling, inventory control, and financial costing. Ensure all materials, planning processes, and operational workflows effectively support EW Juarez production and shipping requirements.

Owns the development of customer‑focused value proposals and drives alignment across teams to support operational and commercial success.

Provide strong leadership and direction on a cross‑functional basis, ensuring a supply chain that is cost‑effective, fast, flexible, and reliable. Continuously improve the integration, planning, and execution of supply chain activities while assessing team capabilities and implementing development plans to build long‑term organizational strength.

Responsabilidades de Trabajo / Essential Dutiesand Responsibility
:

• Develop supply chain strategies that enhance operational capabilities, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
• Ensure goods flow is optimized for speed, cost, and reliability while leveraging favorable customs programs.
• In partnership with the General Director and Corporate Supply Chain leadership, establish and maintain core metrics to measure supply chain performance and success.
• Manage and supervise the factory's supply chain team, providing leadership, direction, and support for development.
• Verify that supply chain policies are appropriate, documented, communicated, and supported by effective monitoring processes.
• Oversee inventory management, reduce excess/obsolete material, and implement controls to minimize supply chain risk and ensure high performance based on key metrics.
• Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and team capabilities to optimize the value of the supply chain function and support a world‑class warehouse management system.
• Participate in the multi‑factory supply chain leadership group to share best practices and help define and improve cross‑site supply chain procedures.
• Proactively develop, present, and implement alternative sourcing strategies for key customers.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold ethical standards in procurement.

Caracteristicas preferentes / Qualifications Preferred
:

• Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish).
• Bachelor's Degree in a relatedfield (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar)
• 10+ years of experience in supply chainmanagement and production planning management is required
• 5+ years of experience in global logistics and freight management is preferred
• 5+ years of experience Leadingor Managing MaterialsOperations in a Manufacturing environment
• Experience with Electronics and International locations a plus
• Demonstrated experience with Planning and Scheduling is a plus
• Strong experience with Microsoft Officeproducts
• Use of ERP systems is required
• Prolongedperiods of sittingat a desk and workingon a computer. Must be able to lift15 pounds at a time.
