About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, driving growth by generating new leads and nurturing relationships with warm and long-term prospects. You'll make calls to expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospects, and other opportunities, while managing leads in our CRM and booking appointments directly for our agents. This role is critical to the success of our sales team and offers a fast-paced, results-driven environment with plenty of room for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, expired listings, FSBOs, and circle prospecting.
- Manage and nurture warm leads and long-term prospects in the CRM to maintain ongoing relationships.
- Schedule appointments directly into agents' calendars, ensuring a seamless handoff for client engagement.
- Track all interactions, updates, and progress in the CRM for accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment and lead generation goals.
- Collaborate closely with agents and team members to refine outreach strategies and improve results.

- You have 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or real estate prospecting.
- You thrive on building relationships, handling objections, and driving results through consistent outreach.
- You're comfortable with cold calling, CRM management, and appointment scheduling.
- You're organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
- You communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively with prospects and team members.

Education & Experience
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, real estate prospecting, or a customer-facing sales role
- Prior experience in real estate or working with real estate agents is strongly preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to make cold calls, handle objections, and convert leads into appointments
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and pipelines simultaneously
- Comfortable using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and results (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, KV Core, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and persuasive phone presence
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Self-starter who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and thrives in a team-oriented, collaborative culture
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Ability to schedule appointments, send emails, and track follow-ups efficiently
- Familiarity with basic real estate platforms or lead generation tools is a plus
