The role:
You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline for the company's products and solutions, ensuring organization, timely follow-up, and visibility for the commercial team. You will manage CRM data, track opportunities, and provide administrative support to keep the sales process running smoothly. You will drive execution, maintain process flow, and coordinate internally to ensure seamless operations.
What you will do:
- Manage and track the full sales pipeline, renewals and new opportunities, for the company's products and services.
- Update and manage opportunities generated through internal platforms, ensuring proper flow and assignment.
- Prepare reports, metrics, and commercial statistics using Excel and internal tools.
- Maintain accurate and consistent information in CRM and RP systems.
- Provide operational support to the sales team, ensuring they have clear and updated information for decision-making.
- Identify bottlenecks and contribute to process improvements within the sales pipeline.
- Ensure prioritization, organization, and timely execution throughout all stages of the sales cycle.
What are we looking for:
- Experience in commercial support, inside sales, or sales administration.
- Advanced Excel.
- CRM or sales administration tools experience.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple pipelines and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to support the sales team and maintain internal alignment.
- Able to take ownership of the pipeline and ensure smooth sales operations.
