What You'll Do:

  • Assist U.S.-based clients via phone with professionalism and clear communication
  • Handle administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and CRMs
  • Support internal teams and collaborate to improve daily processes
  • Deliver reliable, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring:

  • Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written
  • 1+ year of experience in bilingual phone support, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Availability for full-time, on-site work in Guadalajara

Compensation:

Monthly salary between MXN $14,000 and $16,000, determined by English proficiency and relevant experience.
