Lo que HarásLiderar y coordinar los procesos administrativos de RRHH en las áreas A1 y A2, brindando soporte efectivo a los colaboradores.
Gestionar contrataciones, despidos, incidencias de nómina, onboarding y servicios generales de RRHH.
Servir como canal de comunicación entre la empresa, colaboradores, sindicato y liderazgo.
Brindar soporte a HR Connect y fungir como Generalista de RRHH para ofrecer soluciones a los clientes internos.
Colaborar con el liderazgo sindical para alinear estrategias y resolver casos.
Licenciatura en Administración, Recursos Humanos, Economía o Comunicación.
Mínimo 4 años de experiencia como Generalista de RRHH en administración de personal, relaciones laborales y servicios generales.
Conocimiento de políticas de RRHH, leyes laborales y módulos SAP de RRHH.
Fuertes habilidades organizativas y sentido de urgencia.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para gestionar relaciones internas y externas.
Inglés intermedio a avanzado.
Experiencia en entornos de manufactura.
Capacidad para simplificar procesos complejos de RRHH.
Colaboración comprobada con liderazgo sindical.
Habilidades sólidas para gestionar múltiples partes interesadas.
Experiencia en soporte legal relacionado con asuntos laborales.
