MQA/SQA MANAGER
Mission
Ensure compliance with Quality System and Customer Requirements through the development, improvement, and implementation of processes.
Responsibilities
Monitor area indicators, identifying and managing improvement opportunities.Manage the incoming inspection area.Monitor the material segregation area (incoming quarantine and PRT).Manage the NPI and SQA Quality teams.Lead root cause analysis for nonconforming parts.Understand and enforce customer specifications.Ensure the proper implementation of containment, corrective, and preventive actions in KPIs.Attend external customer audits.Responsible for Action Plans and Projects focused on area KPIs.Responsible for maintaining the qualification of engineers under their supervision.Responsible for maintaining and updating the Quality System.
Who are we looking for?
Education: Industrial, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in quality management (customers).Minimum 3 years leading work teams of more than 3 people.

GD\&T, Core ToolsBlueprint interpretationProblem-solving (8D, 5 Why's, etc.)MinitabAdvanced SAP managementMicrosoft Office; Advanced ExcelInternal AuditorAdvanced statisticsLean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools – Green Belt
