We are seeking a Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our product development team. The BA will play a crucial role in process improvements and analysis, impacting multiple offices, departments, and clients. The ideal candidate will integrate their knowledge across diverse functional processes and accountabilities.

Responsibilities

-Analyze new client requirements and translate them into functional specifications for product developers.

  • Review acceptance tests associated with acceptance criteria and evolve user stories through developer conversations.
  • Conduct functional reviews of the product after each iteration.
  • Attend iteration retrospectives to provide feedback and enhance the development process.
  • Establish effective working relationships within the project team.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication to manage risks and escalations.
  • Provide configuration application support for business requirements and design, including mock-ups.
  • Develop test plans, maintain configuration documentation, and operational procedures.
  • Identify and document issues, recommending resolutions.- Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5 years of business systems analysis or relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills; autonomous, self-motivated.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum development methodology, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Technical, analytical, and development skills to solve moderate business problems.
  • Understanding of JSON.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.-
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvements.
  • Ability to execute test plans and scripts for software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Programming knowledge in MS technologies (C#, ASP, .NET, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SQL and scripting.
  • Understanding of computer systems architecture.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Data analysis skills to identify and detect problems and key issues.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Planning and organizational skills to efficiently schedule tasks and resources.
  • Attention to detail and quality orientation.
