What You'll Do

During the program, you will:

  • Provide bilingual client support via phone and email
  • Maintain, organize, and update case files and legal documentation
  • Coordinate attorney schedules and communicate case updates
  • Learn how U.S. law offices manage clients, documentation, and procedures
  • Handle administrative tasks in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Build practical legal experience that opens the door to advancement opportunities

What We're Looking For

We seek professionals who have:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level required)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • High school diploma or higher education
  • Current residence in Guadalajara or nearby areas
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
