As a Bilingual Legal Assistant, you will support U.S. attorneys by managing client communication, preparing legal documents, and ensuring smooth case coordination. This is a fully on-site position designed for candidates who want stability, growth, and a career path in the legal industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound client calls
  • Conduct follow-up communication and provide case updates
  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with U.S. attorneys
  • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
  • Support a collaborative, positive, and professional team environment

Requirements

  • Advanced English and Spanish (C1 level required)
  • Must live in Guadalajara or nearby areas
  • High school diploma or partial university studies
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Full-time on-site availability (no remote work)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Net salary: $13,000–$16,000 MXN/month (based on English proficiency)
  • IMSS, paid vacation, and Christmas bonus
  • Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
