Pentair currently has an opportunity for a Production Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations to ensure products are delivered with the highest quality, in a safe and efficient manner, and in alignment with cost and profitability objectives. This position monitors daily production activities, leads manufacturing personnel, and drives process efficiency and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise production personnel, develop effective production schedules, and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper execution of TPM activities and monitor key performance systems such as MDI, T3, and T4 processes.
  • Administer daily operations in accordance with established standards and recommend strategies to improve processes and performance against goals.
  • Maintain accurate records related to attendance, performance, and training; provide effective training and development to team members.
  • Coordinate with Equipment, Maintenance, and Process teams to ensure protocol compliance and consistent product quality.
  • Manage and prioritize production activities and ensure execution of production plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local policies and safety requirements, providing timely feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Analyze staffing requirements to ensure alignment with production schedules, efficiency targets, and budget constraints.
  • Monitor departmental budgets and analyze variances, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Support and sustain 5S programs and visual management systems, including the development and delivery of related training.
  • Ensure full compliance with workplace safety policies and objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
  • Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
